Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MedLane handles information associated with its website and business-inquiry pathways.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Website scope
The MedLane website provides information about MedLane services and business-inquiry pathways. It is not a patient-information, booking, dispatch, payment, customer-account, or delivery-tracking system.
Online inquiry submission is not currently available. Information entered into the website's review-only forms is not sent to or stored by MedLane.
Vercel hosts the website and may process ordinary request and security information, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and diagnostic information, to deliver and protect the site.
Business inquiries
If online inquiry submission becomes available, MedLane may request limited business information needed to understand and route an inquiry, such as an organization name, business contact details, general locations, requested timing, frequency, and nonsensitive service requirements.
That information may be used to respond to the inquiry, evaluate service fit and availability, discuss a quote or service plan, support business administration, improve the service experience, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Routine website inquiries that are closed or unqualified are retained for 12 months. If an inquiry becomes an active opportunity, customer relationship, contract, dispute, legally required record, or another governed business record, it leaves the routine-inquiry category and becomes subject to the applicable record-retention lifecycle.
Do not submit health or other sensitive information
Do not use this public website to submit patient medical information, medical records, laboratory results, prescriptions, diagnoses, detailed medical history, treatment details, insurance or member identifiers, or other sensitive health information.
The public website is not a patient-information system and is not intended to receive PHI or ePHI.
Information about minors
The public website is not intended to collect unnecessary sensitive information about minors. Do not submit a minor's name, date of birth, home address, school record, medical or disability information, or detailed transportation itinerary.
Service providers and safeguards
Vercel provides website hosting and security delivery. If online inquiry submission is enabled, Zoho Mail may process approved inquiry information to deliver it to a MedLane-controlled mailbox. Limited technical delivery records may be maintained using Neon and private Vercel Blob storage; those records do not contain submitted inquiry values.
MedLane uses data minimization, restricted access, and security safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No safeguard can eliminate all risk.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
MedLane does not currently operate an analytics, advertising, session-replay, or marketing-tag provider on this website. The application does not intentionally set nonessential analytics or marketing cookies or store form values in browser storage.
If MedLane introduces analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking in the future, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be provided before that technology is used.
Policy updates
This policy may be revised when website functionality, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies when this page was last updated.
